During an activation on Equip (School of Supernatural Life), Caer asked us to sit back and relax and ask the Holy Spirit to speak to us and to touch our bodies.  As I say back in my chair I got a heat in my torso which got hotter and hotter until I was sweating profusely. It was there for a full 5 minutes. I really needed a shower! When I stood up at the end of the meeting I realised I had no pain in my back, and the pain has not come back. Praise The Lord!
