Hope Housing

Since May 2021 we have partnered with Green Pastures to provide a home for the homeless in Blackburn. Our former residents include one man who has found full-time employment and is living independently, two who are in part-time employment and several who are in their own accommodation. Our vision is to see them all move on to freedom and independent living .

The project was set up by Jill Mitchell and Matt Parker. Matt is the Housing Manager, assisted by Geoff Dent who is also the Support Worker. We also have a number of volunteers. If you would like to volunteer or would like further information, please email hopehousing@reignite.church

Since opening this house, 4 further houses have been opened by Christians in Blackburn with Darwen.
