We are a church who formed a charity to buy the old Apollo Cinema. We want to restore it into a centre which will be vibrant, diverse, and life-giving.
Alastair and Janet are the Senior Leaders of Re:Ignite and they have three amazing children. Alastair loves seeing people healed and believers being equipped to heal. He is a GP in his spare time.
Janet's main passion is teaching and equipping people. She leads "Equip School of Supernatural Life, Lancashire" (based on the Bethel Redding school), which is proving to be life-changing to many.
Sylvia is married to Geoff and has three amazing children. She is very prophetic, really loves Jesus and loves to encourage people.
Paulo is a worshipper who loves people and is passionate about building revival culture. He loves helping people be real and get free.
Sue is married to Paulo and they have three wonderful sons. She also has a real pastor's heart and loves to see people come into their destiny.
As a result of a dramatic call in Brazil, while on a mission trip with Randy Clark, Alastair and Janet were sent out by St James Church, Clitheroe in September 2012, to plant a new church in Blackburn , "Re:Ignite". The vision was to have a church in revival that would restore hope to the town and the church, partly by buying and transforming the old Apollo Cinema as a place for the town. The charity formed in March 2013 and the building became ours in September 2015. After a temporary refurbishment of the lower ground floor, we started meeting in the building in May 2016.
